We are looking for a Purchasing Manager who will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, following ACCOR Standards of Performance.
  • Conduct day-to-day audit work on operations and advise the Financial Controller on market conditions.
  • Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
  • Encourage cost control while ensuring high quality products at the best prices through market surveys and supplier negotiations.
  • Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain purchasing records and manage minimum stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure that food purchases meet quality standards.
  • Keep updated with import requirements and facilitate efficient importation of goods.
  • Recruit and train Accounting & Finance employees who support our management philosophy.
  • Conduct yearly performance appraisals and provide regular feedback.

Qualifications:
  • 57 years of experience in major hotel operations or head office.
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Previous experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
