Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employment marketing initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Process Personnel Requisition Forms (PRF) and ensure compliance with departmental budget.
- Develop recruitment workflows for efficient processes.
- Network with potential candidates via social media and professional events.
- Maintain hiring metrics and candidate databases.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Experience in Candidate Relationship Management (CRM).
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications.
- Advanced interviewing skills.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- At least five years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are a plus.
