We are seeking a motivated professional to assist our HR department in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent to meet our organizational needs effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying staffing needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking system.
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters and orientation materials.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
