Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying staffing needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking system.
- Support onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters and orientation materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
