This role is critical for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent in our organization. You will utilize various platforms including recruitment websites and social media to attract skilled technicians and professional staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead employment marketing initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Process Personnel Requisition Forms (PRF) and ensure compliance with departmental budget.
  • Develop recruitment workflows for efficient processes.
  • Network with potential candidates via social media and professional events.
  • Maintain hiring metrics and candidate databases.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Job-Specific Skills:
  • Experience in Candidate Relationship Management (CRM).

Qualifications:
