Ride Operator

Game operator required to work in a prestigious entertainment center in Khobar, who enjoys activity, vitality, and good interaction with children. Responsibilities include: operating and managing entertainment games, ensuring the safety of visitors, supervising the application of safety procedures, and maintaining the cleanliness of the game area. Commitment to the specified working hours, ability to work as part of a team, and previous experience in a similar field of no less than one year is required.

A cashier is required to work in one of the prestigious stores in Al Khobar and Dhahran. The job requires the ability to handle point of sale systems, accurately complete sales and purchase transactions, and manage the cash register efficiently. The main tasks include: welcoming customers with a smile, executing cash and electronic payment transactions, preparing daily sales reports, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Providing exceptional service to customers by welcoming them, accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages according to restaurant standards, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with their experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers with a smile and directing them to the appropriate tables.

• Providing and explaining the menus to customers.

• Accurately taking orders and entering them into the system or conveying them to the kitchen.

• Serving food and beverages in a respectable, clean, and organized manner.

• Continuously monitoring tables to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting their requests.

• Setting the tables with the necessary utensils and supplies before, during, and after service.

• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the work area and tables in coordination with the cleaning responsibility.

• Issuing bills and collecting payments when needed.

• Adhering to hygiene, health, and food safety policies and standards.

• Cooperating with the team to achieve the best collective performance and ideal service.

• Informing the supervisor or manager of any complaints or comments from customers for immediate resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma at minimum.

• Previous experience in the same field (preferred but not essential).

• Excellent communication skills with different types of customers.

• Clean and tidy appearance and high professional conduct.

• The ability to work within a team and under pressure.

• Quick learning and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and occupational health fundamentals.

Working Hours:

• 8 hours daily, six days a week. This includes public holidays with additional work hours counted.
