Providing exceptional service to customers by welcoming them, accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages according to restaurant standards, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with their experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers with a smile and directing them to the appropriate tables.

  • Providing and explaining the menus to customers.

  • Accurately taking orders and entering them into the system or conveying them to the kitchen.

  • Serving food and beverages in a respectable, clean, and organized manner.

  • Continuously monitoring tables to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting their requests.

  • Setting the tables with the necessary utensils and supplies before, during, and after service.

  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the work area and tables in coordination with the cleaning responsibility.

  • Issuing bills and collecting payments when needed.

  • Adhering to hygiene, health, and food safety policies and standards.

  • Cooperating with the team to achieve the best collective performance and ideal service.

  • Informing the supervisor or manager of any complaints or comments from customers for immediate resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma at minimum.

  • Previous experience in the same field (preferred but not essential).

  • Excellent communication skills with different types of customers.

  • Clean and tidy appearance and high professional conduct.

  • The ability to work within a team and under pressure.

  • Quick learning and attention to detail.

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and occupational health fundamentals.

Working Hours:

  • 8 hours daily, six days a week. This includes public holidays with additional work hours counted.

  4. Coordinating with the Team:

    • Working with designers, content writers, and editors (either within the team or freelancers based on quality) to ensure content quality.

    • Cooperating with the sales team on joint tasks (such as receiving clients at the office when needed or following up with potential clients).

  5. Performance Improvement and Analysis:

    • Using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to measure ROI.

    • Suggesting continuous improvements based on data and performance.

Skills and Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in social media account management (with previous work samples provided).

  • Proficiency in design tools (such as Canva, Photoshop) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or CapCut).

  • A deep understanding of social platforms' algorithms and advertising tools (such as Meta Ads Manager).

  • Able to write engaging marketing content in both Arabic and English (if possible).

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
