Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using appropriate point-of-sale systems
  • Serve food and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
