Join Salam as a Sales Representative!
As a leading telecommunications provider, Salam is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Al Khobar. This role is vital in expanding our customer base and maximizing sales of our FTTH services across all compounds and residential areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieves sales targets (volume and value) set by the Sales Manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Educates and promotes the full range of products and services offered to customers.
  • Maintains strong relationships with existing customers while developing new ones through effective relationship management.
  • Efficiently handles customer inquiries and resolves product-related issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collects and forwards customer feedback and observes market trends in the residential FTTH sector.
  • Presents regular sales reports and maintains an updated database of customer contacts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • 12 years of relevant sales experience.
