Senior Analyst Strategic Project Development

About the Role

ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Project Development, to lead high-impact strategic analyses for the company's growth agenda. This full-time role supports the evaluation of organic and inorganic growth opportunities, delivering data-driven insights to top management. The position is based in Al Khobar and Al Jubail.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Analyst will own feasibility studies, strategic positioning assessments, and provide support for Board-level decision-making. This role requires the ability to frame problems independently, ensure the quality of work produced by Analysts, and manage external consultants and data providers on assigned workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Frame problems, define analytical approaches, and structure workplans for strategic studies prior to analysis.
• Lead 1 to 2 concurrent strategic studies, covering market, financial, and industrial feasibility.
• Analyze the company’s strategic fit and readiness for initiatives such as market entry, M&A, partnerships, and capacity expansion.
• Quality-control analytical work and deliverables from Analysts, providing coaching on structuring, modeling, and slide writing.
• Manage external consultants, research providers, and data vendors on assigned workstreams, including scoping, deliverable review, and challenging findings.
• Deliver clear, decision-oriented recommendations to the Manager and Director.
• Coordinate with internal experts to gather data and ensure alignment of analysis.
• Contribute to the 10-year strategic plan and budgeting process with scenario inputs.
• Prepare high-impact visuals and presentations for senior leadership and Board review.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in strategic analysis or project development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic studies and deliver data-driven insights.
• Experience in managing external consultants and data providers.
