Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking an experienced Environment Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to ensuring robust health, safety, and environmental standards across our infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

The Environment Health and Safety Manager will play a critical role within the Infrastructure Projects & Business Smart Transformation Governance Program. This position is responsible for the oversight and implementation of comprehensive HSE protocols, ensuring compliance and fostering a safe working environment across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health, safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental standards on infrastructure project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on HSE best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSE) management, preferably within infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in monitoring and enforcing HSE standards.
• Strong understanding of local and international HSE regulations and best practices.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with various infrastructure project sites, ensuring consistent application of HSE standards across diverse operational environments.
