About the Role

Atmaal is seeking a Tele Sales Representative to join their team in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, promote company products and services, and achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements.
• Promote the company’s products and services effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Follow up on customer requests and complete sales transactions efficiently.
• Explain product features and offers, and accurately answer customer inquiries.
• Record and update customer data using approved internal systems.
• Follow up with customers and sales opportunities until the sale is finalized.
• Handle customer requests and provide an excellent overall customer experience.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in communicating with diverse customer segments.
• Experience in managing customer data and sales processes.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on direct customer interaction and sales achievement within a structured environment.
