About the Role
Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to oversee the delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services for a prestigious client account. This full-time position is based in Al Ula, Western Region, and focuses on ensuring operational excellence, enhancing client satisfaction, and maintaining strict compliance with contractual obligations.
Role Purpose and Impact
The Account Manager will serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role is critical in upholding Musanadah Facilities Management's commitment to high standards and client satisfaction within a demanding operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for the client, ensuring strong working relationships are maintained.
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day FM service delivery, consistently achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support the implementation of account strategies and operational plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Track, analyze, and report on service performance, including the preparation of dashboards and operational reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient service execution.
- Monitor costs and support budget control and overall financial performance of the account.
- Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and relevant regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, preferably within Facilities Management or a related service industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and ensure operational excellence.
- Proven track record in achieving KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time position located in Al Ula, Western Region. The role requires a proactive approach to managing a prestigious account within the Facilities Management sector, working closely with both client stakeholders and internal operational teams.
