About the Role

Hyatt Place Al Ula is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Painter to join its engineering team in Al Ula. This full-time role involves performing essential carpentry and painting maintenance to ensure the hotel facilities are kept to high standards. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Carpenter / Painter will be responsible for supporting hotel engineering operations by executing maintenance tasks related to carpentry and painting. This role is crucial for maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the hotel's facilities, ensuring a high-quality environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks across the hotel premises.
• Execute painting and finishing work as required for various surfaces and fixtures.
• Inspect furniture, fixtures, and surfaces regularly to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests.
• Maintain all tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition and ensure proper storage.
• Adhere strictly to established safety procedures and engineering standards in all tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in carpentry and painting, preferably within a hotel or similar facility.
• Demonstrated ability to perform a range of carpentry repairs and finishing work.
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at Hyatt Place Al Ula in Al Ula. The role involves working within the hotel's engineering department, collaborating with a team to ensure all facilities are maintained to high operational standards.
