About the Role

Hyatt Place is seeking an experienced Electrical Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the upcoming opening of Hyatt Place AlUla and its engineering operations. This full-time position is based in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

As an Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the electrical maintenance team and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems within the hotel. Hyatt Place AlUla will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities and assign tasks to the team.
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and oversee the execution of repair work.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address electrical faults.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety procedures and engineering standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any technical issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Requires 5-10 years of previous experience as an Electrician.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, particularly within the hospitality or facilities management sectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures.
