Facility Manager

About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across its sites in Al Ula. This full-time role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, contract compliance, and high client satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance programs, managing multidisciplinary teams, controlling budgets, and enforcing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated facilities management services across assigned sites, ensuring consistent service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee planned preventive and reactive maintenance programs using the CAFM system to maintain asset reliability and extend their lifecycle.
• Drive contract performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular performance reports and improvement plans to the client.
• Lead, develop, and manage in-house teams and subcontractors to ensure appropriate staffing and skill sets are available to meet operational needs.
• Manage operating budgets and cost control measures, and enforce HSE standards across all site operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and their enforcement.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Ula, where the Facility Manager will oversee operations across various Musanadah sites.
