To provide necessary support to the Divisional Finance Manager and Accounting Manager in gathering and compiling accurate financial and management accounting data to ensure that reporting deadlines are met and reports are circulated on time.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from a recognized university.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting in a commercial organization, preferably FMCG or Manufacturing.
• Cooperation and/or Tamheer will be considered as experience.

• Follow up on department cash flow activities, support financial reporting and handle payroll-related tasks.
• Coordinate internal, external, and management financial reporting and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform accounting and financial-related reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies.
• Assist in period-end closing and audit preparation.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPI reports.
• Monitor and validate accounting system postings.
• Process vendor invoices.

Provide continuous on-the-job training and support to finance staff to enhance their skills and performance.

• Monitoring the entrance and exit processes of the facility and issuing permits accordingly.
• Verifying and recording the identity of suppliers and visitors.
• Patrolling workplaces and checking gates, doors, and windows.
• Interacting with visitors and employees to maintain order and protect property.
• Posting regulations within the facility.
• Responding to alarms and investigating incidents promptly.
• Contacting fire, ambulance, or police departments.
• Informing management and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

• Operate and drive the truck according to specified routes.
• Adhere to traffic and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections on the truck and address minor issues.
• Raise maintenance requests upon noticing any malfunction.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bus / Heavy truck driving license.
• Experience in driving vehicles.

• Work six days a week.
