The Track Loader Operator Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Track Loader Operator to join our team in Bishah, Qal‘at Bīshah, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves operating track loaders and other heavy machinery to support various construction and excavation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity on the job site, bringing 5-10 years of relevant experience to the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate track loaders for tasks such as digging, grading, and transporting materials.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on machinery.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications and Certifications

• A valid operator’s license and relevant certifications for heavy equipment operation are required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Track Loader Operator or in a similar heavy machinery operating role.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience operating additional types of heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of construction site operations and established protocols.
