About the Opportunity

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. (ABIS) is seeking an experienced Back Hoe Loader operator to join its Transport and Earthmoving team. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, and offers an opportunity to contribute to various project sites.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a backhoe loader to excavate, move, and load materials at various sites. This role requires skilled operation of the machine to perform digging, trenching, lifting, and loading tasks safely and efficiently. The Back Hoe Loader operator will work closely with site managers and ground crews to complete assignments according to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe loader machinery safely and efficiently for excavation, loading, and material handling tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure optimal functioning.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and comply with site safety regulations at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with site supervisors and team members to complete tasks as scheduled.
• Maintain the cleanliness and security of the assigned equipment.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages promptly for repair.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience operating a backhoe loader or similar heavy earthmoving equipment.
• Possession of a valid SAUDI ARABIA operator’s license or certification specific to heavy machinery operation.
