منسق تصاريح النقل والحمولات الاستثنائية

Transport Permit Coordinator (TGA & TAMM)

المهام والمسؤوليات:

1.  إصدار ومتابعة تصاريح الحمولات الاستثنائية وغير القابلة للتجزئة عبر بوابة نقل - هيئة النقل العام TGA

2.  إصدار تصاريح دخول المدن وأوقات المنع عبر نظام (تم - علم)

3.  إدارة منصة تم: إضافة المركبات والسائقين، التفاويض، تجديد الاستمارات

4.  إصدار بطاقات التشغيل وكروت السائقين ومتابعة مخالفات الهيئة

5.  التنسيق مع إدارات المرور لتأمين سيارات المرافقة للشحنات العملاقة

6.  تخطيط مسارات النقل ودراسة أبعاد الحمولة (الطول، العرض، الوزن، الارتفاع)

7.  التواصل مع العملاء ومشرفي الحركة بخصوص جاهزية التصاريح

الشروط المطلوبة:

- خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنة في نفس المجال (شرط أساسي) في شركات نقل ثقيل أو لوبدات

- معرفة تامة بأنظمة هيئة النقل - بوابة نقل

- احتراف التعامل مع نظام تم - علم

- معرفة بأبعاد واشتراطات الحمولات الاستثنائية في السعودية

- يفضل من لديه علاقات وخبرة مع أعمال المرور وامن الطرق وهيئة النقل و زارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية 

- إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر والايميلات

A company specializing in heavy transport and exceptional loads in the Eastern Province (Buqayq / Dammam) is seeking to hire:

Job Title: Transport Permit Coordinator (TGA & TAMM)

Job Responsibilities:

Issue and follow up on permits for exceptional and indivisible loads through the Transport General Authority (TGA) Naql portal.

Obtain city entry permits and restricted-hour permits through the TAMM – ELM system.

Manage the TAMM platform, including adding vehicles and drivers, issuing authorizations, and renewing vehicle registration documents.

Issue vehicle operating cards and driver cards, and follow up on regulatory violations.

Coordinate with traffic departments to arrange escort vehicles for oversized and heavy shipments.

Plan transportation routes and assess cargo dimensions, including length, width, weight, and height.

Communicate with clients and fleet movement supervisors to ensure all permits are ready before transportation operations begin.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of two years of experience in the same field is mandatory, preferably with heavy transport or lowbed trucking companies.

Thorough knowledge of Transport General Authority regulations and the Naql portal.

Proficiency in using the TAMM – ELM system.

Knowledge of exceptional load dimensions and transportation requirements in Saudi Arabia.

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience and professional contacts within traffic departments, Road Security, the Transport General Authority, and the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services.

Proficiency in using computers and email.
