Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the implementation of administrative instructions from the direct manager.
- Open and sort paper mail and distribute it.
- Carry out printing tasks and answer phone calls.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and assist in documenting the minutes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial.
- Experience of no less than 3 years in the field.
Required Skills:
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficiency in the English language.
