We are looking for an administrative assistant to provide administrative support and organize workflow-related tasks in a dynamic environment. Our company is known for its commitment to providing high-quality translation services and creating an inclusive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions made by the direct supervisor.
  • Organize mail and daily appointments.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to workflow.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct supervisor.
  • Open and sort mail and support it with appropriate responses.
  • Organize files and archive transactions in a way that facilitates access to them.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Executive Secretarial.

Required Skills:
  • Customer Service: Advanced level.
  • Email Management Software: Advanced level.
  • Office Machines: Advanced level.
  • Scheduling Visits: Advanced level.
  • Work Management: Advanced level.
  • Ability to communicate in Arabic and English: Advanced level.
