We at Abed Ali Al-Habashi Contracting Company are looking for a highly skilled administrative assistant to join our team.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for following up on the implementation of administrative decisions, organizing mail, and daily appointments. You will also play a role in completing administrative tasks related to workflow and coordinating meetings with the direct supervisor.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implement the administrative instructions issued by the direct supervisor and follow up on the implementation of decisions.
  • Open, sort, and distribute mail, in addition to responding to emails.
  • Complete typing tasks and respond to phone inquiries.
  • Organize files and store transactions in a way that makes them easily accessible.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings with the direct supervisor and take minutes.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma at a minimum.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Ability to use email management software.
  • Scheduling visits and meetings skills.
  • Work management and responsibility capacity.

Language Skills:
  • Arabic: Advanced
  • English: Beginner

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A fast learner eager to take on new challenges.
