An administrative assistant is required to work in a prestigious company, possessing high organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various administrative levels. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent, with no less than two years of experience in a similar field. Main tasks: • Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and agendas • Preparing and coordinating reports and administrative correspondence • Following up on administrative transactions and documenting files • Coordinating with different departments and facilitating workflow • Managing phone calls and emails • Assisting in organizing events and meetings • Saving and archiving documents and files in an organized manner.
