The Position:
We are seeking a skilled Event & Engagement Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of strategic events that involve key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, patient groups, and healthcare organizations. This role involves:
  • Leading the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across various therapeutic areas.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders to define needs and deliver high-impact events.
  • Managing workflows ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Liaising with finance and legal teams for coordinating contracts and payments.
  • Tracking budgets, processing payments, and ensuring financial transparency.
  • Overseeing compliance processes aligned with Roche SOPs and local regulations.
  • Supporting vendor selection and performance management.
  • Providing real-time support during events for smooth execution.
  • Leading post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in event or business operations, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement compliance and healthcare codes.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support.

Present Adwaa Factory’s product portfolio and technical capabilities. Influence specifications and approvals during design, tender, and execution stages.
  • Technical & Commercial Support: Submit technical submittals and develop commercial quotations aligned with client requirements. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Contract Closure: Lead negotiations within approved authority limits. Ensure contracts meet profitability and risk standards.
  • Internal Coordination & Delivery Support: Liaise with engineering, technical teams, production & logistics, finance & credit control to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor offerings and market trends. Submit reports and recommend strategies for market penetration.
