About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Gate Controller to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to maintaining high standards of security and safety within company premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce company regulations and policies related to Health, Security, Safety, and Environment (HSSE).
• Provide assistance to individuals with special needs at entry and exit points.
• Support NAPCO management in achieving a secure environment by ensuring 100% implementation of NAPCO HSSE Procedures.
• Safeguard company assets from deterioration, theft, misuse, and other risks.
• Report any safety or security concerns immediately to the direct supervisor.
• Comply fully with NAPCO security procedures by following all guidelines and completing required security forms.
• Monitor property entrances and electronic surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning and premises security.
• Implement all security directives from the HSSE department management.
• Maintain 100% vigilance and presence at the assigned security post during duty hours.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies and perform required roles in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the safety team regarding safety issues, ensuring the application of safety measures and reporting non-compliance.
• Contain and manage problematic or unusual situations involving employees, contractors, or visitors, escalating as necessary.
• Coordinate with plant management to handle security-related exceptions and ensure efficient, secure premises.
• Maintain the implementation of the 5S program in all security guard houses without prior notice.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of security protocols and safety regulations.
