We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator with experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry. This crucial role involves supporting HR operations, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry-specific HR requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, project-based work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with EPC industry regulations.
  • Assist in recruitment and mobilization of technical and site-based personnel, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Handle visa processing, work permits, and expatriate documentation for international project deployments.
  • Manage employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation for project-based hires.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate timesheet and attendance tracking for site and office employees.
  • Coordinate training programs for compliance, safety, and technical skills development.
  • Support performance management processes, tracking KPIs and assisting with appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, union regulations, and EPC-specific HR policies.
  • Assist in handling employee relations issues, site disputes, and grievance resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports related to workforce planning, project staffing, and turnover analysis.
  • Support project-based HR needs, including site mobilization and demobilization.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) and English (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience in the EPC, construction, or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations in the EPC sector.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced, project-based HR operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing a diverse workforce.
  • High level of confidentiality and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience handling workforce mobilization, visa processing, and expatriate HR policies.
  • Experience working with multi-national teams and remote project sites.
