Responsibilities:
- Preparing and participating in job interview procedures, completing all hiring procedures until employees are accepted and commence work.
- Reviewing branch numerical budgets and working to match and fill vacancies.
- Daily follow-up to obtain the required documents and data from and to branches for various HR operations.
- Receiving employee complaints and working to resolve them and escalate them to management.
- Creating, completing, organizing, and archiving the paper files for new and ongoing employees.
- Following up on medical examination appointments for employees.
- General follow-up to ensure the completion of employee-related operations.
- Field reviews of related external entities.
- Preparing addition and deletion documents for employee health insurance.
- Archiving correspondence and documents related to employees.
- Following up on employee attendance records.
- Preparing the required reports and data related to human resources management.
- Any other tasks required by work conditions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A diploma in human resources at a minimum, preferably a bachelor's degree in human resources.
- Experience of no less than 3 years in human resources operations.
Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of labor regulations and laws in Saudi Arabia.
- Analytical and numerical operation skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
