i Insider Risk Analyst

About the Role

DTEX is seeking an Insider Risk Analyst to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer activity data to identify and address potential insider threats, working both independently and as part of a team to meet project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify current or potential threat-related events, behaviors, and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers to determine areas of specific interest and concern for investigations.
• Prepare and deliver reports using metrics and data visualizations to communicate discoveries to customers.
• Develop recommendations to address and remediate threat discoveries, and propose proactive measures to promote a secure customer environment.
• Establish and maintain trust with clients by upholding privacy, confidentiality, and objectivity in all interactions with customers and their data.
• Enhance and update existing profiles, and develop new use cases and algorithms for intelligence package releases.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for customers, including troubleshooting and usage guidance for the DTEX software platform as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering resources for Tier 3 support of DTEX solutions for existing customer deployments as needed.
• Work with engineering to provide feedback based on personal and customer impressions of DTEX services, report bugs and problems encountered, and make recommendations for improvement and new service features.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to complete deliverables and meet expectations within designated timeframes.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration within a team while also performing individual contributions to achieve project goals.
