Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate filament winding machines and extruders according to production plans.
  • Ensure quality control by performing online checks and recording machine operating parameters.
  • Mix resin and manage the curing process to produce high-quality fiberglass pipe.
  • Train and supervise trainee operators to enhance their skills.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with epoxy resin and curing systems.
  • Knowledge of RTP filament winding processes and related chemical materials.
  • Ability to understand process recipes and parameters.
  • Capability to work effectively in a team and communicate with team leaders and supervisors.
