About the Role

Al Qaryan Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Fresh Graduate to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are interested in the metal recycling industry. The role focuses on supporting maintenance, equipment reliability, production operations, and continuous improvement within the recycling plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Inspect equipment and identify mechanical faults and abnormalities.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and assist in reducing breakdowns and downtime.
• Support the operation and maintenance of recycling equipment and production lines.
• Assist in implementing maintenance plans and procedures.
• Prepare maintenance reports and maintain equipment records.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Follow company safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and equipment efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in mechanical maintenance and industrial equipment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
