Role Overview

Amazon is seeking an OTR Supervisor to join its Delivery Stations in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing operations within facilities that manage the stowing, picking, packaging, and shipping of products, contributing to the company's customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure team safety and promote Amazon’s Health and Safety standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
  • Maintain Amazon’s process quality standards.
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and streamlining initiatives.
  • Share and promote best practices with colleagues and within the network.

Core Operational Duties

  • Manage OTR metrics by monitoring on-ground processes and ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct and lead station vehicle safety audits.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for external contractors.
  • Analyze OTR metric challenges and develop solutions in collaboration with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and stakeholders.
  • Manage incentives.
  • Conduct uniform auditing and manage inventory.
  • Handle daily operational communications with DSP Points of Contact (POCs) and escalate issues to owners as needed.
  • Address daily callouts from Delivery Stations related to DSP Delivery Associates (DAs).
  • Arrange and follow up on DAY0 attendance.
  • Work towards enhancing the DSP and DA experience.
  • Streamline feedback from DSPs to improve processes and provide solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, or work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Commitment to working 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
  • Capable of lifting up to 49 pounds, standing/walking for shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
