Required Project Management Director with experience of at least 5 years in managing major projects, holding a PMP certificate or its equivalent, with a high ability for leadership and effective communication. The candidate will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the projects are executed on time and within the approved budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Main tasks:

• Developing detailed project plans, work schedules, and budgets

• Managing and coordinating human and material project resources

• Identifying and assessing potential risks and developing mitigation plans

• Continuous communication with stakeholders and preparing progress reports

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and occupational safety

• Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors

• Solving problems and managing changes in project scope
