About the Role

Matar Holding Company is seeking an experienced and PMP-certified Project Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, and company requirements. The Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, from initial planning to final delivery. This includes developing detailed project plans, managing resources, and controlling costs. The role requires strong leadership to guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure all project phases align with strategic objectives, particularly within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, quality, and other departments to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and implement corrective actions to address delays.
• Manage project costs, resource allocation, and budget control.
• Identify project risks, assess potential impacts, and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Manage client expectations, project documentation, and change requests.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved scope, timeline, and budget.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong leadership, planning, cost-control, and risk-management skills.
• Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, within Matar Holding Company. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal departments, clients, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
