Job Title: Pharmacy Purchasing Specialist

Job Description:
Assess the needs and requirements of various organizational units for materials, and conduct market surveys to achieve the best purchase prices from suppliers and supervise the receipt of bids from service providers and evaluate them. It also requires building a database of material prices and suppliers and preparing the specialized documents and reports related to sales.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assess the needs of different organizational units and prioritize purchases.
  • Conduct studies and analyses to obtain the best purchase prices and ensure quality.
  • Supervise the receipt of bids and evaluate them in coordination with administrative units.
  • Build a database for material prices and suppliers and maintain files on purchasing operations.
  • Prepare specialized documents and reports related to sales.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.

Skills:
Advanced knowledge of purchasing regulations, research, supervision, report preparation, and negotiation.

Languages:
Arabic and English.
