Join us as a Sales Manager at Al Howail Company for Trading & Contracting!
We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our sales team and drive growth in the Dammam region. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and sales expertise to enhance our company’s market presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Acheive growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Good command of the English language (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure, and achieve desired goals.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage external client engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
