We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our company in Dammam. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base.
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to management.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (preferred) with a technical degree.
  • Proven sales track record with at least 10 years of inside sales experience in KSA.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in English language.

  • Foster regular communication with clients to enhance operations and identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Assist in drilling engineering support by creating well design programs and managing project execution phases.
  • Develop presentations for clients to showcase our product line capabilities.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and answer client inquiries.
  • Monitor operations during the well execution phase and provide support as needed.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a technical or sales role, preferably related to our product lines.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant equipment and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with well planning software and a strong understanding of financial processes related to tenders and budgets.
