We are seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to ensure that all sales targets for the area are met and exceeded. You will lead a dynamic sales team while also managing key performance indicators and driving business growth.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supervising Wholesale Pre-Sell and delivery routes to ensure compliance with execution standards.
  • Leading and developing sales team through motivation and support.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales fundamentals and volume targets.
  • Updating and analyzing data to measure customer performance.
  • Conducting market visits to monitor changes and implement strategic decisions.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to sales and operational controls.

Qualifications:
- 46 years of sales experience in FMCG.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- BA degree and computer literacy required.
