As a Sales Supervisor, you will:
- Ensure achievement of both short-term and long-term sales targets.
- Supervise various Pre-Sell and delivery routes, ensuring compliance with execution standards.
- Lead and develop a dynamic sales team while driving productivity.
- Utilize sales data to analyze performance and create action plans.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor industry developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate Pre-Sellers to achieve sales targets while adhering to company standards.
- Conduct administrative transactions for assigned routes.
- Implement promotional plans at the right time and place.
- Ensure proper execution of merchandising initiatives.
- Report competitive market activities timely.
Qualifications:
- 46 years of sales experience in FMCG.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
