Job Overview:
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all sales targets are met in your designated area. You will lead and develop a team of Pre-Sellers, supervise daily sales operations, and ensure compliance with company standards for sales execution and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Pre-Selling and delivery routes, ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Lead the sales team and drive performance to exceed sales fundamentals.
  • Utilize data to analyze customer performance and develop future action plans.
  • Conduct regular market visits to stay updated on market trends and legislative changes.
  • Ensure proper execution of promotional and product plans, while also supervising administrative transactions.

Qualifications:
  • 46 years of sales field experience in FMCG.
  • Very good command of English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
