We are looking for a dedicated and organized professional to join our team. As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the regular maintenance of office equipment & tools with suppliers.
  • Manage and control incoming calls and deliver messages.
  • Handle documentation and manage dispatching of documents and tools.
  • Coordinate visitor meetings and maintain confidentiality of all data.
  • Manage travel bookings and internal meeting preparations.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer and technical abilities.

Qualifications:
