We are looking for a dedicated and organized professional to join our team. As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the regular maintenance of office equipment & tools with suppliers.
  • Manage and control incoming calls and deliver messages.
  • Handle documentation and manage dispatching of documents and tools.
  • Coordinate visitor meetings and maintain confidentiality of all data.
  • Manage travel bookings and internal meeting preparations.

  • Experience: 3 years in an administrative role, preferably in logistics, construction, or transportation.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication abilities, knowledge of transportation regulations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
