Site Coordinator

About the Role

Ecolab is seeking a Site Coordinator to support daily operational activities at a customer site in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves managing various logistical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer bulk and commodity deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers for drop-shipment deliveries to the site.
• Perform administrative tasks related to gate pass preparation and follow-up.
• Escort bulk trucks within the refinery, ensuring compliance with site safety regulations, including flagman and work permit receiver requirements.
• Coordinate with the customer warehouse regarding demand requirements and minimum stock levels.
• Provide weekly updates to the manager on inventory and operational status.
• Maintain consistent inventory levels and support the prevention of stockouts.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
