About the Role

Vestas is seeking a Site Supervisor for a full-time position in Dawmat Al Jandal, Sakākah, Al Jawf, Saudi Arabia. This role is part of the Service department, which is responsible for executing maintenance contracts for Vestas's customers. Vestas Saudi Arabia operates within the Vestas Africa & Middle East cluster, which is part of the Vestas MED region.

Key Responsibilities

• Act and behave in alignment with Vestas's core values: Simplicity, Collaboration, Accountability, and Passion.
• Serve as an example and ambassador for safety culture.
• Lead and develop an operational team.
• Execute contractual obligations and optimize site/asset performance.
• Deliver on company expectations for core metrics, including Total Recordable Injury, Lost Production Factor, Direct Costs per Megawatt, and Planning Execution.
• Coordinate and serve as the focal point for the site with internal and external stakeholders, such as contractors, Vestas Technical functions, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement teams.
