Site Supervisor

About the Role

UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage civil construction projects. This full-time role involves overseeing all civil, building, structural engineering, and land surveying activities, from planning and design to estimation and quality control. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
• Supervise and provide instruction to the construction team and subcontractors.
• Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocols.
• Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Manage site accidents in accordance with established accident protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of construction employee attendance.
• Evaluate the performance of construction employees and implement disciplinary measures as required.
• Analyze blueprints to ensure that construction projects adhere to design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Project Management Focus

The Site Supervisor will handle projects end-to-end, encompassing comprehensive planning, design oversight, accurate estimation, clear scope definition, finalization of techno-commercial aspects, and the establishment of stringent quality standards for all civil construction work.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in site supervision or a related field within civil construction.
