Job Objective: Provide a fun and exceptional shopping experience for "Red Cactus" customers through beauty skills and customer service, and work as a team to achieve store sales and financial goals.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Customer Service and Sales: Provide beauty consultations and explain products to achieve sales goals.

• Operational Processes: Accurately use the Point of Sale (POS) system and assist with inventory counts.

• Store Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising and continuously restock shelves.

• Commitment and Professionalism: Arrive on time, adhere to company policies, and maintain appearance and hygiene standards.

• Continuous Development: Attend specialized training courses to develop skills.
