Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support and clerical tasks to the relevant team.
  • Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Organize documentation and maintain filing systems.
  • Monitor and procure office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with administrative activities such as preparing expense reports and processing purchase orders.
  • Coordinate meetings, including technical setups and catering.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Perform reception duties when required.
  • Create correspondence for internal and external clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely customer service interactions.

Qualifications:
