About the Opportunity
Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking an Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) SMP to join the team supporting Saudi Aramco - SMP in Dhahran, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for Saudi professionals with 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and learning evaluation within a corporate environment.
Role Purpose and Scope
The Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst focuses on the design, development, and evaluation of learning programs. This role involves applying established instructional design principles and evaluation methodologies to create effective learning content and assess program impact within a corporate setting.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive learning content tailored for adult learners.
- Apply widely recognized instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
- Utilize program evaluation methodologies to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
- Manage projects independently, overseeing tasks from initial concept through to completion.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure program alignment and quality.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a closely related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models (*, ADDIE, SAM).
- Hands-on proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Demonstrated experience in program evaluation methodologies.
- Proven ability in project management, including handling projects independently.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Certifications such as CPTD, CIPD Level 5, TESOL, or other Instructional Design credentials.
- A Master's degree in a relevant academic discipline.
Work Setting
This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, located within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves supporting Saudi Aramco - SMP operations and requires working within a dynamic corporate environment.
