Eram Talent is seeking a Business Systems & Reporting Analyst for a full-time position with a reputable client in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to process, analyze, and interpret large-scale data records to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Role Context and Purpose

The Business Systems & Reporting Analyst will operate at the intersection of Management Information Systems (MIS) and business operations, with a preference for experience within the Learning & Development (L&D) domain. The primary purpose of this position is to synthesize complex information into actionable insights, executive presentations, and structured reports that inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, compile, and analyze large datasets using tools such as MS Excel, PDF Professional, and corporate reporting systems.
• Interpret complex data records, identify operational trends, draw meaningful conclusions, and present data-backed recommendations to management.
• Design, build, and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reporting dashboards and presentations utilizing MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Collaborate closely with business units, particularly Learning & Development / HR, to evaluate program performance, training metrics, and operational deliverables.
• Evaluate existing reporting workflows and systems to identify gaps, streamline data collection processes, and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to clearly communicate analytical findings and support ongoing business projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to process, analyze, and interpret large-scale data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with PDF Professional and corporate reporting tools is preferred.
• Background in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related analytical discipline.
