Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain both electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
• Oversee and recommend changes to administrative policies within the organization.
• Open and distribute correspondence as required.
• Compile, proofread, and revise draft documents and reports.
• Prepare reports and presentations by collecting and analyzing information.
• Create and maintain an efficient records management system.
• Interact with customers when appropriate and assist in problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary (Required)
• Fluency in Arabic and English (Required)
