About the Role

NES Global Talent is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Firefighters – SMP with Saudi Aramco. This full-time role is based in Dhahran and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The position involves providing essential fire and emergency services within a designated area.

Role Context and Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and safe control of incidents through 24/7 fire emergency response. Firefighters will operate from designated area fire stations, adhering to Saudi Aramco's comprehensive fire and emergency service requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 fire emergency response at designated area fire stations to ensure efficient and safe control of incidents.
• Perform complete fire and emergency services in accordance with the defined scope of work.
• Adhere to company general instructions, Fire Protection internal policies and programs, standard operating procedures, and all other Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Participate regularly in scheduled proponent drills within the area.
• Contribute to the regular review and update of Emergency Response Planning.
• Ensure a state of readiness for all emergency response personnel and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Standards for all fire safety aspects.
• Report all fire and emergency response activities in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in firefighting or a related emergency response field.
• Demonstrated ability to respond to fire emergencies and control incidents effectively.
• Familiarity with fire protection policies, programs, and standard operating procedures.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, requiring continuous readiness for emergency response. The role involves working within a structured environment governed by Saudi Aramco's safety and operational standards.
