Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Landscaping, or a related field and possess at least 8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on horticulture and gardening. You will be responsible for researching land use, developing community projects, and guiding staff training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct research and experiments to identify land use problems and suitable plant varieties.
  • Provide guidance on landscaping designs and effective implementation strategies.
  • Coordinate Integrated Pest Management programs across landscaped areas.
  • Study soil characteristics and improve measurement techniques to enhance planting outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Landscaping, or equivalent.
  • 8 years of experience in gardening/landscaping, with at least 5 years focused on horticulture.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor staff.
