The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Landscaping, or a related field and possess at least 8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on horticulture and gardening. You will be responsible for researching land use, developing community projects, and guiding staff training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct research and experiments to identify land use problems and suitable plant varieties.
Provide guidance on landscaping designs and effective implementation strategies.
Coordinate Integrated Pest Management programs across landscaped areas.
Study soil characteristics and improve measurement techniques to enhance planting outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Landscaping, or equivalent.
8 years of experience in gardening/landscaping, with at least 5 years focused on horticulture.
